My recent stay at the Hotel Complex Uhnovych was a delightful escape right in the heart of Ternopil. We loved our spacious suite with two well-appointed bedrooms, which provided ample room for us to unwind after a long day of exploring. The comfortable living area was perfect for sharing stories about our adventures over a cup of tea, and the fast and reliable Wi-Fi allowed us to plan our next moves seamlessly. The staff truly made our experience special—they were friendly and attentive, addressing our needs with genuine care. After discovering that there were no extra sockets in the room, I was pleasantly surprised to find this issue resolved on our return just days later, showcasing their commitment to guest satisfaction. While the restaurant’s European cuisine was a lovely option, we often preferred to indulge in local cuisine at nearby eateries, just a stone's throw away from the hotel. All in all, I wholeheartedly recommend the Hotel Uhnovych for anyone seeking a room that feels like home, with the added benefit of top-notch service. I can't wait to return for another stay with friends!
